How can I get ahold of someone?

Please keep an eye on your junk folders as notifications can get filtered out. 

Can I visit your HQ in Beechville? 

Our Headquarters Retail Store is now open to the public!

Where can I buy East Coast Lifestyle in person?

East Coast Lifestyle is sold in all Pseudio locations in Atlantic Canada & a few independent retailers.

Do you offer free shipping?

YES! We ship all over the world from our warehouse in Halifax, Nova Scotia via Canada Post and UPS and offer Free Shipping on orders over $100 subtotal within Canada & $150 within the US (before taxes and after any discount codes). The Free Shipping option will automatically appear on the shipping page during checkout if you qualify.

When is my order shipping?

Our warehouse team will process your order within roughly 2 to 5 business days. Once fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping notification with your tracking number - keep an eye on your junk folder for confirmation and shipping notifications! Your tracking number will update within 24 hours once picked up by the shippers. 

Please note, as we outsource our shipping, we are not responsible for shipping timelines or delays by Canada Post or UPS.

How can I make changes to my order?

You can now can make changes to your order directly from the link in confirmation emails within 12 hours of placing your order. 

You can also email our team at [email protected] and we will do our very best to make changes if your order has not yet been processed.

I ordered a Pre-Order item. When will I receive it? 

Production for pre-order items can take roughly 4 to 8 weeks. Once completed and the items arrive at our warehouse, all orders will be fulfilled. Keep an eye on your inbox and junk folders for your shipping or Ready for Pick Up notifications! 

Can I buy online and pick up in-store? 

You can now place an online order for pickup at our HQ Retail Store (219 Hobsons Lake Dr. Beechville, NS)! The "Pick up in-store" option will appear at checkout. 

You will receive an Order Confirmation email when you complete your purchase. Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days and upon fulfillment, you will receive a Ready for Pickup email - have this email ready to show to our HQ Store team to pick up your order! 

Please note, parcels must be picked up within 5 days once ready. If not, your order will be refunded and a processing fee will be applied. 

Please keep an eye on your inbox and junk folders for these notifications and wait for your Ready for Pickup email before heading to our store. 

There is an issue with my order. What do I do? 

If you have a quality or order concern, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at [email protected] as soon as possible with your concern and proof of purchase so that we can help you best! 

Is my item eligible for exchange or return?

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Permanently marked down items (ending in .99 and seen in the Sale section of our site)
Charity/Fundraising items
Holiday Gift Boxes 
Mystery Items/Bundles

Final sale details can also be found in the product descriptions of each item for shoppers' convenience. 

Items that are returned in-store or to our warehouse in not original condition (washed, odour, pet hair etc) are not eligible for return/exchange. 

How do I return or exchange an item?

Our Extended Holiday Policy allows shoppers to return eligible items purchased from East Coast Lifestyle after November 1st until January 31st to accommodate holiday gifts. Orders placed before November 1st 2024 and after January 1st 2025 are subject to our general 30-day Return Policy. 

Please ship your items back to our warehouse and include our Return & Exchange Form with your order details and request in your package. Shoppers are responsible for covering shipping costs to return items to our warehouse. 

To be eligible for a refund and/or exchange, your non-final sale item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it in with proof of purchase. 

Please note that items bought online can only be returned to our warehouse or an East Coast Lifestyle Store. Items purchased at any of our Retail Partners, like Pseudio, cannot be returned to East Coast Lifestyle Stores or online. 

How do I access my rewards and apply them to my order?

You can access your loyalty account by logging into Rewards on our site. If you have enough points, you will be prompted to turn those into a voucher code ($10, $20 or $30 value) that can be entered into the discount bar at checkout to apply to your order! 

Please note that vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions. 

How do I use my East Coast Lifestyle Gift Card?

East Coast Lifestyles Gift Cards can be used on our website or in ECL stores and do not expire. To use online, enter the unique code into the discount/gift card bar at checkout!

I forgot to enter my discount code. Can it be added to my order?

Of course! Just send us an e-mail or give us a call with your full name & order number. We will make the change to your order & refund you back the difference.

Please note that at this time we are unable to stack promotions or discount codes on an order.Â
